At Chicory Chai, we believe luxury should arrive at your door without complications. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders to our international markets. This includes:

  • Shipping charges
  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • All handling fees

You pay only the price shown at checkout. No surprises, no additional charges at delivery.

Handcrafted to Order

Every piece of Chicory Chai jewelry is individually handcrafted for you at our atelier in New Delhi. We do not keep ready inventory - each order begins its journey the moment you place it, ensuring your jewelry is created with dedicated care and attention.

We currently ship to the following countries outside India:

North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

South America: Argentina, Chile, Colombia

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar

Asia-Pacific: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Japan

Africa: Morocco

Shipping Partners & Methods

All international orders are shipped via Aramex International, with final delivery handled by trusted local carriers in your country. This ensures your jewelry receives expert handling throughout its journey and reliable last-mile delivery.

Every shipment is fully insured for the value of your jewelry.

Delivery Timelines

Every piece of Chicory Chai jewelry is handcrafted to order at our New Delhi atelier. Your delivery timeline includes both production and shipping:

  • Simpler Designs: 3-4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery
  • Complex Designs: 4-5 weeks from order confirmation to delivery

Each product page indicates whether the design is categorized as simple or complex, so you'll know your expected timeline before ordering.

What This Includes:

  • Production time at our atelier (2.5-4 weeks depending on complexity)
  • Quality inspection and packaging
  • International shipping and customs clearance (3-7 days)
  • Final delivery to your door

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak festive seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of your piece's progress throughout the creation and delivery process.

Order Tracking

Confirmation & Updates: You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and another when your piece is dispatched with your tracking number.

Track Your Order: Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment's progress through Aramex's tracking system at aramex.com, or through your local carrier once the package is handed over for final delivery.

Clearance

We Handle Everything: Our shipping partner manages all customs documentation and clearance on your behalf. Your jewelry will clear customs and be delivered directly to your door.

Delivery Requirements: For security purposes, all shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address.

If you're unavailable during the delivery attempt, the local carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or arranging pickup at a nearby location.

Shipping Address Requirements

Accuracy is Essential: Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Verification: We recommend providing:
  • A daytime delivery address where someone can sign for the package
  • A valid contact phone number for the courier to reach you if needed
  • Complete address details including apartment/unit numbers where applicable

Address Changes: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Customs issues caused by incorrect information provided

The package will be returned to our atelier in New Delhi. You will be responsible for reshipping costs for a second delivery attempt.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Full Insurance Coverage: All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at global@chicorychai.com.

Claims Process: We will work directly with Aramex and the relevant carriers to file and resolve any claims. You will receive a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Transactions are encrypted and we never store your complete card details.

Currency: All prices are displayed in your local currency.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Dispatch: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your jewelry enters production or has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.

After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information on returns.
