All our products are 100% handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you, so each piece is one-of-a-kind.

This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website and/or Instagram and there may be minor irregularities in stone shades within an acceptable tolerance.

Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order.

Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive jewelry that is:
    Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a manufacturing error
  • Incorrect (does not match your order confirmation)

  • Delivery address
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lifetime Repair Promise

While we cannot accept returns on international orders, all Chicory Chai jewelry comes with our lifetime repair promise.

If you are ever in New Delhi, India, we welcome you to bring your piece to our atelier for complimentary repair and maintenance services.

Cancellation Policy

Our website allows customers to cancel orders within 12 hours of placing them, resulting in a complete refund within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment.
