If your Chicory Chai jewelry ever needs restoration due to wear and tear over the years, we will take care of it free of charge no questions asked. This includes issues with clasps, settings, links, or other components that may need repair or replacement.

How It Works

To ensure we can provide you with the highest quality service and avoid the complexities of international customs, duties, and shipping delays, we invite you to visit our atelier in New Delhi, India. When you bring your piece to us in person, we promise a 2 business day turnaround allowing you to have your restored jewelry back quickly while you explore the city or attend to other matters.

We understand this requires a visit to India, and we're exploring additional service options for our international community. In the meantime, we remain committed to the exceptional quality that makes such visits unnecessary for most pieces.

This promise does not cover intentional or accidental damage, misuse, improper care, loss, or theft.
