Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India. If you're based outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you with international delivery options.
Can I place a custom order with my own design or stone?
Absolutely. We love crafting jewelry that tells your story. Whether it’s a design you’ve sketched or a stone with sentimental value, we’re happy to co-create a piece just for you through our bespoke design service.
What is the guarantee on your pieces?
We offer a Lifetime Promise on all Chicory Chai jewelry. This means if your piece ever requires repair due to wear and tear, we’ll restore it free of charge. This includes clasps, settings, links, and other components.
Note: This does not cover damage due to misuse, loss, or theft. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping.
Is the maintenance of jewelry cumbersome?
Not at all! Our pieces are easy to care for. Just clean them gently with mild soap and water, avoid chemicals or excessive moisture, and store them safely. Your jewelry will age beautifully with minimal upkeep
What is your return & exchange policy?
• Ready-to-Ship items: We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer.
• Made-to-Order items: These are typically not eligible for exchange unless there’s a defect or error on our part. We do offer minor alterations free of charge. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and part of its charm.
